What kind of footage can you work with?
Zoom calls, Looms, livestream replays, phone footage, screen recordings and podcast-style conversations — if it has your voice and ideas, we can turn it into clips.
How fast is your turnaround?
Most batches are delivered within 24–48 business hours. First-time onboarding batches may be 3–5 business days as we dial in your style.
How do we send footage?
We typically use Google Drive, Dropbox or a similar shared folder. During onboarding, we’ll send you a dedicated upload link.
How does onboarding work?
After you subscribe, you'll receive a welcome email with your client portal, upload folder and a quick form to confirm your brand kit and goals. From there, we move into your regular clip cadence.
Do you post the content too?
For most clients, we edit and deliver. For larger retainers, we can discuss light scheduling support or refer you to a social media manager partner.
